Last Saturday, our factory warmly welcomed customers from Indonesia. The six-person team came with a clear purpose: to inspect our small-scale compound fertilizer production line, featuring a rotary drum and disc system with an hourly output of 2.5 tons.
Upon arrival, the customers walked directly into the production workshop, where our engineers provided a hands-on explanation of the production process:
Mixing: All raw materials are blended according to the recipe in a blender.
Drum Granulation: The mixed powder enters the rotary drum, where a binder is sprayed on the material during tumbling, forming the initial small granules in a snowball-like process.
Disc Finishing: The small granules are then rolled further in the disc, where they are refined to become rounder, more compact, and more uniform in size.
Drying and Cooling: Finally, after drying and cooling, the finished fertilizer is firm and dry.
The customer was very interested in this compact and efficient system, and while viewing it, they asked many practical questions. They praised the production line's practical design and said it was specifically tailored to their needs.
This face-to-face meeting was very pleasant, and we look forward to further cooperation!
